RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. You may request to return any online purchase within 30 days of receipt. Fixtures need to be in like-new condition, un-installed, and in the original packaging.

  • Clearance items may not be returned.
  • Merchandise must not have been damaged in transit. (Please insure your return shipment if you are concerned about damage that may occur.)
  • Custom made to order items, may not be returned.
  • Bulk orders (6 or more of the same SKU) may not be returned without prior authorization.

A 25% restocking fee, which includes 7.5% freight from the manufacturer, 7.5% freight to return the item to the manufacturer and a 10% handling charge will be assessed to all returns.
Merchandise purchased online may not be returned at our showroom locations.
Please note: We do not recommend the scheduling of installation services prior to delivery of your order.

To Schedule a Return
If you need to return an online purchase, please call Customer Service at 1-770-986-9688 or e-mail us. We will request a Return Goods Authorization Number and instructions from the manufacturer for shipping the product back. Please note that we must contact the manufacturer for the Return Goods Authorization (RGA); typically, this process takes about 7-10 business days. Please note: Non-defective returns be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

We cannot issue a refund for any item that is returned without proper authorization. Please do not attempt to ship back any item without obtaining an authorization number from customer service.

You will have 30 days to return the product after the Return Goods Authorization has been issued. After 30 days the RGA will expire, and no credit will be issued. It is wise to retain the tracking number from your return shipment, for faster service.
Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.


Product Damaged or Defective
Please open and inspect your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. If you received products that have manufacturer’s defects, or have been damaged in transit please contact us at 1-770-986-9688 or e-mail us. We will do everything possible to make sure that the problem is resolved quickly and to your satisfaction.
For small packages which have been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours so that we may file a claim with UPS or FedEx on your behalf. Larger packages which have been delivered via common freight carriers and show visible damage should have that information noted on the bill of lading or receipt.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If a fixture is delivered with broken glass, please notify us immediately, and replacement glass will be shipped to you at no additional expense. We cannot guarantee that all replacement parts will be in stock. This is especially true for clearance/ discontinued items, so it is critical that you contact us as soon as possible to report damage. If there is no replacement part available, you will be notified and given the option of returning the item for a full refund.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement to ship. Please note that we can only provide replacement parts for online customers who have received damaged items; we cannot issue replacements for purchases made in-store, or through any other retailer.
Cancellation Request
If you would like to cancel an order (or part of an order) that has not been shipped or is on backorder, please e-mail customer service or call us 1-770-986-9688 We will submit a request to the manufacturer, and e-mail you an acknowledgement of cancellation. If for some reason we are unable to cancel your order, we will contact you via email with that information. If your order has already shipped at the time you wish to cancel, we will treat it as a return.

PRIVACY POLICY
P’tree Georgia Lighting fully respects your rights to privacy and utilizes the the procedures below with respect to any information we receive or obtain about the users of our website.

We do not share any information you provide to us, including your email and mailing addresses, with any companies outside P’tree Georgia Lighting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or necessary payment processors.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
P’tree Georgia Lighting will ship order within the 48 contiguous United States. Insurance is not included with shipping. Expedited shipping and or insurance is available by calling 1-770-986-9688 or e-mailing lighting@georgialighting.tv

Our shipping costs are based on an item's size and weight as well as the method of shipment. Our truck delivery must be to a physical street address. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped simultaneously. If an item is back ordered, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail with an estimated delivery date.

Motor Freight:
Products that exceed the size limitations of UPS will be shipped via motor freight. Motor freight shipments are only available to residents of the 48 contiguous United States. Motor freight charges shall only include delivery to the residential front door of the shipping address. Inside delivery may be arrange through a sales associate or customer service agent at P'tree Georgia Lighting for additional fees.

Freight Damage:
If your item has been damaged in shipment we will repair or replace that item at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. The easy to follow instructions for returning merchandise to P'tree Georgia Lighting are written below. Reasonable shipping charges will be refunded upon inspection and only when damage is deemed to be freight damage. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional charges.

Broken Glass:
We do not consider an item with broken glass to be a damaged product. Please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt and we will ship you a replacement glass at no charge to you.

Wrong Item Shipped:
Given our priority with customer service, you can bet that we check and double check all items before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that you are accidentally shipped the wrong item, please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt to obtain an RMA number. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Please see below for instructions on returning merchandise to P’tree Georgia Lighting Corp. After receipt and inspection of the product, all shipping charges will be refunded. The correct item will be shipped as soon as possible with no freight charges.

WARRANTY
P’tree Georgia Lighting Corp. will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects. We will repair or replace the defective item (except light bulbs) for one year from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail for an RMA number. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Please see below for instructions on returning merchandise to P’tree Georgia Lighting. Reasonable shipping charges will be refunded upon inspection and only when damage is deemed to be a factory defect. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional charges.

Returning an Item
Before you return an item to us, you must first contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within the appropriate time frame. We will supply you with an RMA number and shipping instructions for return. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. The RMA number will be used to ensure that you receive credit for your return. You must write the RMA number down on the returns form and include it with your item. If possible, include a copy of your e- mailed invoice as well.

Please pack the item in its original box. Be sure to pack such that all parts are included and the item will not be damaged during shipment. You must ship products to P’tree Georgia Lighting Corp.by FedEx or UPS ground and make note of the tracking number. If you ship via USPS, insurance and delivery confirmation will be required. Please see our return policy for complete information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Color Accuracy
We have taken great care to present all colors as true to actual color as possible. However, computer monitors vary widely and we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of any item.

Pricing
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. However, pricing errors may occur from time to time. We will correct any errors as soon we discover them. As a result, P’tree Georgia Lighting Corp. reserves the right to not sell or ship any merchandise until an accurate price has been determined.

CONFIDENTIAL
Ptree Georgia Lighting Corp. collects sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of Georgia. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other state.
